Three Crowns partner Kathryn Khamsi will be speaking at ICC Canada’s annual international arbitration conference on 9 November. Kathryn will be on a panel discussing “The Future of International Arbitration”, and will speak about the use of artificial intelligence in arbitration.
Specifically, Kathryn will speak from extensive experience about how artificial intelligence can be used as an evidentiary tool. She will address the issues that such tools raise for the practice of international arbitration, as well as for the evidentiary principles that apply.
ICC Canada’s annual International Arbitration Conference gathers Canadians and others practicing international arbitration around the world, in-house counsel, leading international arbitrators and representatives from the ICC to share practical insights on key issues in international arbitration. The theme of this year’s conference is “International Arbitration: Looking Ahead,” with panels addressing the changes and challenges confronting the community.
