Katherine Jonckheere will appear as a finalist in the ROAP EMEA Finals before a panel of world-class arbitrators comprising Professor Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler, Samaa Haridi, and Ndanga Kamau.
Katherine will be delivering oral submissions on behalf of the Claimants in the Gujarat State Petroleum v Republic of Yemen case (available here).
