Hugh Carlson to speak on “What is a Tech Dispute Anyway?” panel at GAR Live: Technology Disputes 2024

Hugh Carlson will speak on the panel “What is a Tech Dispute Anyway?” at the inaugural GAR Live: Technology Disputes conference. The panel will address a number of questions related to the use of international arbitration by technology companies and what the future may have in store.

The panel will be moderated by Paul Cohen of 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square and will include as panellists Nilufar Hossain of Omni Bridgeway, Xavier Oustalniol of StoneTurn, Thomas Walsh of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Dana Welch.

The event will take place on Wednesday 13 March in Cooley LLP’s San Francisco office.
