Hugh Carlson will speak on the “Exploring International Arbitration” panel at the fourth edition of the Financing, Structuring and Investing in Litigation Finance Conference, hosted by Information Management Network (IMN).
The panellists will discuss developments in international commercial litigation and investment treaty arbitration case funding, trends in a range of markets, and how the challenges in international markets differ from the US. They will also consider which sectors and geographies are seeing the most activity and opportunity, the returns in international deals, and funding challenges.
The conference will take place on Tuesday 7 June at The Union League Club, New York City.
