ABOUT HONGCHUAN ZHANG-KROGMAN
Hong is an associate based in the Washington, DC office. She has experience representing private clients, States and State-owned entities in the US, Asia and Europe in commercial and treaty disputes in the TMT, energy, infrastructure, private equity, aerospace and defence sectors, governed by various arbitral rules. Hong is also a member of the ICDR Young & International Board. She is qualified to practice in Washington, DC, New York and Singapore.
She studied law at the University of Cambridge and New York University as a Singapore Public Service Commission scholar, graduating with First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge. She was previously a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Singapore and spent several years in Singapore’s Attorney-General’s Chambers advising on a range of public international law issues and representing Singapore in international disputes and negotiations and at international fora.
