Georgios Petrochilos KC will speak at a panel on the topic of “Modernising National Arbitration Laws – Staying Ahead in a Global Market” as part of Helsinki International Arbitration Day 2025, which is organised by the Finland Arbitration Institute.
Panellists will discuss the modernisation of national arbitration laws, examining recent reforms, their drivers, and their impact on the competitiveness of arbitration seats.
Georgios will speak alongside Mika Hemmo (M Hemmo Attorney-at-Law), Robin Oldenstam (Mannheimer Swartling), Prof. Dr. Gilles Cuniberti (University of Luxembourg), with Anina Liebkind (Norburg & Scherp Advokatbyrå) moderating the discussion.
