Gaëtan Verhoosel, a partner in the London office, will be interviewed by Valeria Galíndez, the current Senior Vice-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee, in the upcoming webinar, “IBA Rules on the Practice of Evidence in  International Arbitration.” In 2020, when Gaëtan was the Senior Co-Chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee, the International Bar Association released its revised Rules on the Taking of Evidence. The revised Rules replace the previous 2010 iteration. Valeria and Gaëtan will discuss the recent amendments and their potential impacts. This event will take place on Tuesday, 20 April at 5:00 pm Madrid (BST +1) and is organised by Club Español del Arbitraje (CEA).
