Farouk El-Hosseny will speak on the “Resolving Supply Chain Disputes in a Disrupted World” panel, hosted by the International Chamber of Commerce’s Young Arbitration & ADR Forum (ICC YAAF).
The panellists will address the role of arbitration in providing an efficient forum for resolving disputes arising out of supply chain disruptions following disruptions to the global economy over recent years. They will look at key principles often involved in such proceedings.
The event, which is open to young arbitration and alternative dispute resolution practitioners, will take place on Wednesday 16 November from 6:00 to 7:30pm GST / 2:00 to 3:30pm GMT / 9:00 to 10:30am ET.

Farouk, a senior associate in our London office, advises clients on arbitrations governed by the ICC, ICSID, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules, with a focus on complex commercial and investor-State disputes in the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors.
