Daryl Chew will deliver a keynote speech at the IBA Arb40 Symposium on “Salient Issues in International Arbitration”, organised by the Arb40 Subcommittee of the IBA Arbitration Committee, in conjunction with the 25th Annual IBA Arbitration Day in Singapore.
Participants will explore (i) implications of the increasing use of social media, (ii) the extent to which international arbitration is equipped to resolve disputes involving complex environmental issues, and (iii) the growing popularity of Asia-based seats.
