Constantine Partasides QC will be a judge at the GAR Live Debate as part of the GAR Live: London 2021 conference.
In Oxford Union-style, the teams of debaters will argue in favour of, or against, the motion “This House believes that arbitration will overtake litigation as the normal method of resolving international commercial disputes”. The judges will then quiz the debaters on their stated positions before deliberating and delivering their verdicts.
The debate will take place in person on Tuesday 9 November from 4:40 – 5:40pm GMT.
