Constantine Partasides QC appointed as a Director of LCIA Board

Constantine Partasides QC has been appointed as a Director of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Board. He joins the Board with Kate Cervantes-Knox.

The LCIA Board, which comprises prominent arbitration practitioners, is principally concerned with the operation and development of LCIA’s business and with its compliance with applicable company law. It also maintains a close interest with the LCIA’s administrative function, particularly through the Arbitration Court, whose members it appoints.

Chairman of the LCIA Board, Audley Sheppard QC, said on the appointments “with their international experience and strategic acumen, Kate and Constantine will be excellent additions to the Board”.

LCIA Director General, Professor Dr Jacomijn van Haersolte-van Hof, added “I’m delighted that Kate and Constantine are joining the LCIA Board. I look forward to working with them in continuing to bolster the LCIA’s operations and to support the ever developing and diverse needs of the international business community”.
