As part of China Arbitration Week 2025, Hongchuan Zhang-Krogman will join a panel on 16 September, entitled “Arbitrating tomorrow’s tech disputes in a world of AI, critical technology, and digital assets” from 11.00 am – 12.30 pm (Beijing / UTC+8).
Bringing together practitioners, in-house counsel, and institutional representatives, the panel will canvas recent Chinese and American regulatory changes in the area of AI, digital assets and critical technology, and emerging legal issues faced by companies against the backdrop of recent geopolitical shifts.
The panel will be hosted by Han Kun Law Offices and is co-organised by the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), International Centre for Dispute Resolution® (ICDR) Y&I, and Young ITA.
