Anton Chaevitch to present at the Harvard Law School, at a celebration of Professor Charles Donahue

Events 15th May 2025

Anton Chaevitch will deliver a presentation at the Harvard Law School’s event “The Learned and Lived Law: A Celebration in Honor of Charles Donahue”.  Professor Charles Donahue is a leading legal historian who recently retired; he joined the faculty of the Harvard Law School in 1980.  Anton’s presentation is titled “Faust: Goethe’s Guide to Legal Progress” (the thesis being that international arbitration is key to legal progress).  The presentation is based on Anton’s eponymous chapter in the book “The Learned and Lived Law: Essays in Honor of Charles Donahue” that was published by Brill last year.

This is an all-day event taking place on Monday, 19 May 2025.  Anton’s presentation is slated for 3:45pm EST. No registration is required.
