Agustin G. Sanz will speak on a panel at XI International Arbitration Conference, organised by the Bolivian Arbitration Society.
Agustin will speak on the “One Contract, two roads: The clash between commercial and investment arbitration?” panel alongside Andrés Moreno (Moreno Baldivieso), Guillermo Moro (Guglielmino Derecho Internacional) and Santiago Nishisawa (Bufete Aguirre, Quintanilla, Soria & Nishisawa S.C). The panel will be moderated by Florencia Bohl (Clifford Chance).
This is the most important arbitration event in Bolivia, a country that has seen a post-pandemic recovery of foreign investment in natural resources, and has one of the largest lithium reserves in the world.
The panel will take place on 2 June 2023 in La Paz, Bolivia.
