Agustin G. Sanz will speak on the “Preliminary Hearings: the uses and misuses of checklists” panel at the New Cha(lle)nges for the AAA-ICDR Symposium.
The symposium will explore the newly amended American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) rules, including looking at the consolidation/joinder of motions, interpretation of awards, preliminary hearings, and dispositive motions.
The event will take place virtually on Tuesday 31 January and Agustin’s panel, hosted by Galicia Abogados, will be at 8:00am CT / 2:00pm GMT / 9:00am ET.
