Agustin G. Sanz will speak at a seminar on “Arbitral Rules for States”, as part of IPA Arbitration Week 2024, organized by the IPA – Instituto Peruano de Arbitraje (Peruvian Arbitration Institute).
The panel will address the need for special arbitration rules for arbitrations with the State. Agustin will speak alongside Eduardo Benavides FCIArb (Berninzon & Benavides Abogados), Jose Fernando Nakaya Vargas Machuca (Torres y Torres Lara), Katty Mendoza Murgado (Arbitrator and Advocate), Ludovina Villanueva Núñez (Centro de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Arequipa), and Orializ Espinoza Soto (Arbitrator).
The panel will take place on Tuesday 3 September from 10:30am to 12:10pm (PET / GMT-5), and will be livestreamed via zoom.
