Manish Aggarwal will speak at a panel discussion on “What’s next for Indian Arbitration: Adhoc vs institutional arbitration?” at the India Disputes Mumbai conference, hosted by ThoughtLeaders4 Disputes.

The two-day event will gather experts in the field of arbitration to discuss perspectives on issues in Indian and cross-border transactions, asset recovery and insolvency, with a particular focus on South East Asia, Middle East and the UK.
