Manish Aggarwal will speak at a panel discussion on “Disputes involving long-term agreements and investments: key considerations and quantum issues” at a webinar hosted by Osborne Partners as part of India ADR Week 2022 being organised by the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA).  The panellists will discuss the unique challenges in identifying, managing, quantifying, and mitigating risks in the context of disputes arising under long-term agreements and investments.

The session will take place on Tuesday 11 October from 5:00 to 6:00pm IST (12:30 to 1:30pm BST / 7:30 to 8:30am ET / 7:30 to 8:30pm SGT).
