Manish Aggarwal will participate in a thought-provoking series of panels and roundtable discussions as part of Delhi Arbitration Weekend 2024.

Manish, in his capacity as a co-chair of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) at the LCIA, moderated an interactive discussion session on topical issues in international arbitration, hosted by YIAG as part of Delhi Arbitration Weekend. The session took place on Monday 4 March.

Today, Osborne Partners and DREx Talks hosted a breakfast panel for the Launch of the Damages Academy. As a founding member of the Academy, Manish spoke alongside fellow panellists to discuss the role of experts in disputes, how expert evidence can be constructively deployed, and the key considerations affecting a robust quantification of damages claims.

Manish will also speak at a session hosted by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), exploring the topic “Selection and Challenges of Arbitrators”. The panel will take place on Thursday 7 March from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the High Court of Delhi.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Manish will participate in a roundtable discussion on “Arbitration in An Equal World: Addressing the Gender Gap”, hosted by JSA Law. Manish will then moderate a panel on “The State of Play of Investor-State Arbitration: A View from India and Elsewhere” at GAR Live: Delhi, on Saturday 9 March at the High Court of Delhi. The session will examine the current state of investor-state arbitration in India and abroad, including what is working, what is not, and what needs to be done to improve the process.
