Three Crowns’ partners Manish Aggarwal and Liz Snodgrass will participate as faculty members in the American Bar Association International Law Section’s upcoming inaugural International Arbitration Skills Masterclass, a hands-on training program which will take place 5 – 6 May.

On Wednesday, 5 May, Manish will share his expertise on oral advocacy, serving as faculty for a session focused on opening statements, and Liz will share her expertise on cross-examination and redirect of fact witnesses as faculty for a session focused on mock examination of witnesses.

Manish, a partner in the London office, is a dual-qualified English solicitor and Indian advocate. He has extensive experience of representing corporations and States in commercial and investment treaty arbitrations under all major arbitration rules and in arbitration-related court litigation before the courts of the United Kingdom and India.

Manish is recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a “Future Leader” in arbitration and The Legal 500 UK as a “Next Generation Partner” in both the International Arbitration and Public International Law sections.


Liz, a partner in the Washington, DC office, has more than two decades of experience as an advocate and counsellor in international arbitration matters. Her practice is a mix of commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Liz has particular expertise handling disputes involving States and State entities. Her clients span a wide variety of sectors, with a focus on upstream energy, power, mining, aerospace, and telecoms.

Liz is recognised as a Leader in international arbitration by Who’s Who Legal, which describes her as “a brilliant mind and a wise counsel,” and is also recognised by Chambers and The Legal 500.
