Maanas Jain will be arguing in favour of the motion, “Bifurcation of liability and quantum should be the default”, at a debate hosted by FTI Consulting as part of their Expert Witness Debate Series. The discussion will be judged by Sue Prevezer QC of Brick Court Chambers and Baiju Vasani of SOAS University of London, and will be followed by a networking session with drinks and canapés.

The event will take place on Tuesday 5 July from 5:00 to 7:30pm at FTI Consulting’s London office and will also be available to view online.

Maanas, an English-qualified barrister and senior associate in the London office, has advised, represented, and conducted advocacy for corporations in complex, high-value commercial and investment treaty arbitrations in a broad range of sectors (including energy, finance, technology, and infrastructure) under all major arbitration rules.
