Laura França Pereira will be speaking on the “Addressing associates’ turnover in the pandemic: how to attract, retain, and engage the best talents in arbitration practices” panel as part of a series of webinars dedicated to “People Management” in the arbitration community.

The webinar will be hosted by Arbitration Channel and MAMG Advogados and will focus on the challenges that companies and law firms face to attract, retain, and engage talent during the COVID-19 pandemic and how they can prepare to deal with employee turnover moving forward.

The event, which will be in Portuguese, will take place on Wednesday 25 August at 11:30am – 12:30pm BRT (-4 BST).

The webinar will be available live on Arbitration Channel’s YouTube page. Registration is not required.
