Kathryn Khamsi will speak on the “IA meets AI: International Arbitration in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” panel, hosted by Forensic Risk Alliance (FRA) as part of Paris Arbitration Week 2023.

The panel gathers leading arbitration practitioners and AI specialists to discuss the opportunities, challenges, and limits of using artificial intelligence in international arbitration. Kathryn will consider how AI-based technologies may be used in establishing or challenging the merits of claims, and how that will define the “face” of the arbitrations of tomorrow.

The event will take place on Tuesday 28 March from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Paris.
