Ilija Mitrev Penushliski will be speaking on the “Compensation Claims by States and State Entities in Commercial and Investment Arbitrations” panel, which will be hosted by FTI Consulting.

The panellists will discuss a wide range of issues related to claims brought by States and State entities, including their nature, matters of jurisdiction, damages theories, third-party funding, and the future of State counterclaims under investment treaties.
