Hugh Carlson, Managing Director of Three Crowns, will serve as a panelist on the topic of “Investor-State Arbitration: Here Today, Gone Tomorrow?” as part of American University College of Law’s Annual International Trade & Investment Law Society Distinguished Alumni Event.

The panel will discuss the future of Investor-State Arbitration in light of recent developments and challenges. It will take place on Wednesday 14 April at 5:30 – 6:30 pm ET, and is hosted by the American University College of Law Acting Dean Robert Dinerstein, the American University Washington College of Law International Trade and Investment Law Society, the Program on Trade, Investment, and Development, and the Office of Development & Alumni Relations.

ABOUT HUGH CARLSON

Hugh is the Managing Director of Three Crowns and is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office.  He is responsible for the firm’s global operations and serves as its General Counsel. He has represented clients across a range of industries and under most major arbitral rules systems.
