Hugh Carlson, managing director of Three Crowns, will present in a panel discussion titled “Breaking into International Arbitration: A Q&A about Recruitment, Growth, and Professional Development.” The event, co-hosted by the Harvard International Arbitration Law Students Association and the Columbia International Arbitration Association, will take place Wednesday 6 January at 12:30-1:45 pm EST (GMT -5). ABOUT HUGH CARLSON

Hugh is the Managing Director of Three Crowns LLP and is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office.  He is responsible for the firm’s global operations and serves as its General Counsel. He has represented clients across a range of industries and under most major arbitral rules systems.

Hugh has been described in Who’s Who Legal as “absolutely phenomenal,” “command[ing] the respect of his peers,” and “‘very highly recommended’ for his international investment treaty and commercial arbitration work.” He is recognised in other leading rankings and directories.
