Daryl Chew was recently interviewed by In-House Community Magazine in which he discusses the future of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) across Asia and beyond.

In the Q&A, “Talking ADR for ‘anytime, anywhere”, Daryl addresses Singapore’s emergence as a leading global arbitration hub, innovations in the practice of ADR, and alternative pathways beyond arbitration and litigation as a means of resolving disputes.

Daryl also discusses what attracted him to ADR and his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Maxwell Chambers.

Daryl is the managing partner of the firm’s Singapore office. He has an active portfolio of arbitrations involving a wide range of applicable laws and venues, arising from energy, construction, M&A, joint venture, and general commercial disputes. Daryl serves as the Chairman of the Board of Maxwell Chambers, co-chairs the YSIAC committee, and serves on the Singapore Management University School of Law Advisory Board.
