Carmen Martinez Lopez will speak on a panel titled “The Resolution of Disputes in The Energy Sector: Investment Arbitration”, organized by Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID).

Carmen will speak alongside Floriane Lavaud (Withersworldwide), Naomi Briercliffe (Squire Patton Boggs), and Guled Yusuf (Allen & Overy Shearman), with Patricia Ugalde Revilla (Mayer Brown) moderating.

The panel will take place this Wednesday 24 April from 1:45 pm – 2:45 pm on the 4th Floor Auditorium, Abu Dhabi Global Market Authorities Building in Abu Dhabi.

ABOUT CARMEN MARTINEZ LOPEZ

Carmen, a partner in the Madrid office, has appeared as advocate in numerous investment treaty and commercial arbitrations. She has handled arbitrations under the rules of the major arbitral institutions and ad hoc across a variety of jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Latin America and Spain.
