Carmen Martinez Lopez will speak on the “Expert Witnesses in International Arbitration: Can we improve the process?” panel at Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) International Arbitration Conference 2022.

The panellists will provide tips and practical advice on working effectively with experts, preparing reliable expert reports, witness conferencing, and improving the process of expert evidence.

The programme, which will take place both in person at the PLI office in New York and online, will be on Monday 6 June.
