Carmen Martinez Lopez will speak on the “Experts and Legal Experts” panel during the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration’s (IPA) Arbitration Week.

The panellists will discuss estimating ex-ante damages and managing expectations prior to parties initiating arbitration.
