Carmen Martinez Lopez, a partner in the London office of Three Crowns, will feature on a Spanish-language panel as part of IPA 2020 –  International Conference of Legal and Technical Experts, taking place on 17-18 December. Carmen’s panel, relating to legal experts in international arbitration, is scheduled for 17 December at 10:40 am – 12:10 pm LIMA (GMT – 5) and will answer questions as to when and why to use independent legal experts in international arbitration, what value arbitral tribunals give to legal expert reports and testimony, and how to maximise their impact.
