London-based partner Carmen Martinez Lopez will serve as a panellist in the upcoming webinar “IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration: 2020 Revisions and a View Forward.” Earlier this year, the International Bar Association released its revised Rules on the Taking of Evidence, replacing the 2010 rules. This panel will discuss the key revisions and their potential impact. An audience Q&A will follow the discussion.
