Briana Young will moderate the “Update on Outcome Related Fee Structures for Arbitration “ORFSA”” panel at the ADR in Asia Conference, part of Hong Kong Arbitration Week 2023.

Panellists Tom Glasgow, John Choong, and Kathryn Sanger will discuss progress in the year since the ORFSA legislation came into effect in Hong Kong, including uptake of the new regime and ways to help firms implement success fees for arbitrations.

The panel will take place on Wednesday 18 October from 10:55 am to 11:45 am, at the JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong.

ABOUT BRIANA YOUNG

Briana is the Professional Support Counsel in Three Crowns’ London office. She has over 20 years’ experience of international arbitration law and practice in the UK, Europe and Asia. Briana serves as Vice Chair of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Chair of the HKIAC Proceedings and Rules Revision Committees. She is also a member of Hong Kong’s Advisory Body on Outcome Related Fee Structures for Arbitration. Briana graduated from Oxford University with a BA in Classics.
