Agustin G. Sanz will be speaking on the “Developments in International Commercial Litigation and Investment Treaty Arbitration” panel at the Information Management Network’s (IMN) third annual Financing, Structuring & Investing in Litigation Finance Conference.

The panel will explore trends and legislative developments in Latin America, Australasia, Asia, and Europe, the sectors that are seeing the most activity in dispute resolution, and the challenges in these markets. The discussants will also look at case studies and lessons learned.

The conference will take place in person on Monday 13 September at The Union League Club in New York City, NY. The session on international commercial litigation and investment treaty arbitration will be at 4:45 – 5:30pm ET (-5 BST).

Agustin is counsel in the Washington, DC office.
