Agustín G. Sanz, counsel in the Washington, DC office of Three Crowns, will be a featured panellist on “Renegotiation of Public Contracts in the COVID-19 Emergency.” The session, delivered in Spanish, is part of a two-day webinar event, “Federal overview of public procurement,” organised by Universidad Austral. Sanz’s session will take place on Tuesday, 11 August, beginning at 6:30 pm Buenos Aires time (GMT -3).

Sanz will focus on “Renegotiation in times of COVID: Lessons to be learned from investment arbitration and customary international law.” He will be joined on the panel by Buenos Aires’ attorney general and the head of the public procurement office.
