With more than 25 years of experience, the CCQ Arbitration and Mediation Center is the largest arbitral institution in Ecuador and is recognised as a pillar in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

ABOUT AGUSTIN G. SANZ

Agustin is a Special Legal Consultant in the Washington, DC office. He has extensive experience of both international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations involving disputes in a broad range of sectors, including infrastructure and highway concession agreements, oil and gas, energy and power grids, water treatment, technology, public works, sovereign debt, and agribusiness. He also advises sovereigns and international organisations in matters of public international law.
