Samarth is an associate in our London office. He has acted as counsel in international commercial and investment treaty arbitrations conducted ad-hoc and under the ICC, SIAC, ICSID, and UNCITRAL Rules. These arbitrations have been seated in jurisdictions around the world and have involved disputes across a range of sectors, including energy, construction, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and M&A.
Before joining Three Crowns, Samarth worked with a leading, GAR 100-ranked arbitration practice in India. During this period, he also acted in arbitration-related litigation before the Indian Supreme Court and various High Courts, in matters involving cross-border elements and complex questions of arbitration law.
Samarth holds an LLM in International Dispute Settlement from MIDS Geneva, where he graduated near the top of his cohort.
