Three Crowns to host panel titled “International Commercial Courts and the Future of Cross-Border Dispute Resolution” as part of Singapore Convention Week 2026

Three Crowns is pleased to host the panel “International Commercial Courts and the Future of Cross-Border Dispute Resolution”, co-organised by Global Justice Bay (Kingdom of Bahrain), the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR), the Bahrain International Commercial Court (BICC), and the Council for International Dispute Resolution of the Kingdom of Bahrain, as part of Singapore Convention Week 2026. The panel will explore how a new generation of specialist international commercial courts is reshaping the landscape of cross-border dispute resolution.

Daryl Chew will deliver opening remarks. This will be followed by a panel discussion among VK Rajah SC (International Arbitrator), Chiann Bao (Bahrain International Commercial Court), Kevin Nash (London Court of International Arbitration), and Sapna Jhangiani KC (Blackstone Chambers), moderated by Marike Patrani Paulsson (Council for International Dispute Resolution, Bahrain).

The event will take place on Friday, 28 August 2026, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, at Three Crowns’ Singapore office. Networking, refreshments, and arts will follow.
