Simon Consedine to speak on cross-examination at Harvard Law School x Three Crowns Masterclass Series

Simon Consedine will speak on a panel titled “Mastering Cross-Examination” at Harvard Law School as part of the HIALSA x Three Crowns Masterclass Series, presented in conjunction with the 2026 Harvard International Arbitration Conference.

The session will explore practical approaches to planning and executing effective cross-examinations, including techniques for managing difficult witnesses, structuring questioning for maximum impact, and strategically deploying documentary evidence to support an advocacy narrative.

Simon will speak alongside Sarah Reynolds (Arbitrator) and Kevin Nash (LCIA). The session will be moderated by Ana Sofía Sapiña (Sidley Austin).

The panel will take place on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, from 12:20 pm to 1:15 pm at Harvard Law School.

ABOUT SIMON CONSEDINE
