Erin is a Senior Associate in the Washington, DC office. Her practice focuses on commercial and investment treaty arbitrations, as well as arbitration-related proceedings in U.S. federal courts and New York state courts.
Erin has experience advising clients in the renewable energy, oil & gas, construction, mining, real estate, banking, pharmaceutical, and media sectors. She has represented international companies and sovereign states in arbitral proceedings held under the auspices of major institutional and ad hoc rules.
Prior to joining Three Crowns, Erin was a Judicial Fellow to Judge Kirill Gevorgian at the International Court of Justice. Erin received her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School. She also holds a M.A. in Modern Middle Eastern and North African Studies from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Philosophy and African Studies from Emory University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Erin frequently publishes and speaks on panels on international arbitration, enforcement of arbitral awards, and public international law. She currently serves as an ICC YAAF Representative for North America.
Erin is admitted in New York and the District of Columbia, as well as numerous federal and appellate courts. She speaks English and Arabic, and has a working knowledge of French.
