Simon Elliot will speak on a panel titled “A tour d’horizon on construction and infrastructure disputes” at GAR Live: Dubai 2025.
The session will deep dive into the construction and infrastructure industry, discuss what users of disputes expect from counsel and arbitrators, and explore how the disputes landscape has sharpened and evolved.
Simon will speak alongside Sean Cameron (Linklaters), Richard Edwin (HKA), Sarah-Jane Fick (Dubai Holding), and Alfonso Gómez-Acebo (Cuatrecasas). The panel will be moderated by Erin Miller Rankin (Freshfields).
