Jyotsna is an international associate in the Washington, DC office. She has experience acting for corporations and state-owned entities in international commercial arbitrations, investment arbitrations, and complex enforcements of foreign judgements and awards. Her experience spans a range of industries, including renewable energy, infrastructure projects, shipping, sovereign investments, and shareholder disputes.
Jyotsna holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law, Business, and Policy from Stanford Law School, where she graduated with distinction for pro bono work. While at Stanford, Jyotsna was an editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law, and was actively involved in pro bono work, advising Californian youth within the juvenile justice system. She also holds a B.A. LL.B. degree from the National Law School of India University, graduating with several academic honours.
She is admitted to practice in India, and is fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
