Borja Pérez-Puente will speak on a panel at the V IPA International Conference of Experts and Legal Specialists, organised by the Peruvian Institute of Arbitration (IPA).
The panel, titled “What Are the Most Important Principles That Should Guide Damage Valuation by an Economic Expert?”, will examine key criteria and best practices in the quantification of damages in international disputes.
Borja will speak alongside Emiliano E. Zenarruza (Compass Lexecon), María Valentina Konow (FK Economics), Piero Fortino (The Brattle Group), and Vianella De Marzo Hidalgo (Intelfin Estudios y Consultoría). The session will be moderated by Ana Jiménez Martín (AUREN).
