Katerina is an associate in the Paris office. She has experience advising and representing companies and individuals in complex international commercial and investment arbitrations across a wide range of sectors, including energy, oil and gas, and financial services. She also has experience in energy law, advising on regulatory frameworks and cross-border energy contracts.
Katerina holds an LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po Paris (summa cum laude), where she was awarded a merit-based scholarship. She also holds a Doctor of Law (JUDr) degree in Private International Law from Charles University and a Master’s degree in law from Masaryk University, both in the Czech Republic. As part of her academic training, she spent semesters abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and the University of Bergen in Norway.
Katerina is admitted to practice in the Czech Republic. She is fluent in Czech and English, and has working knowledge of French, German, and Slovak.
