Sam is an associate in the Paris office. He has significant experience representing States and corporations in disputes with a focus on construction, M&A and public law across various sectors including infrastructure, energy, agriculture, healthcare and property. He has acted in international and domestic commercial arbitrations under ICC and ACICA rules as well as complex commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation in Australia’s superior courts.
Sam has developed a strong pro bono practice in human rights, discrimination, immigration and whistleblower law.
Before joining Three Crowns, Sam served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Justice Stynes in the Supreme Court of Victoria and Judge in Charge of the Technology, Engineering and Construction List.
Sam is admitted in the State of Victoria and the High Court of Australia. He holds an LL.B. and a B.A. from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, and attended a semester abroad in Prato, Italy.
