Luke continues to be highly ranked in this year’s guide. Chambers highlights his “deep understanding of the law and impressive writing skills.” One source mentions that Luke “provides spot-on practical advice that is firmly grounded in the law” with others highlighting that he is “an excellent writer and advocate” who is “incredibly prepared” and “an excellent speaker.” Luke is a founding partner of Three Crowns and represents private and sovereign clients in some of their most significant commercial, investor-state, and inter-state arbitrations. Simon earns his first Chambers USA ranking as Up and Coming. One contributor mentions his “unmatched legal and personal skills,” while another notes that he is “smart, pragmatic and really enjoyable to work with.” He is also described as having “incredible quality” and an ability to “keep everything cohesive.” Simon is a partner in the Washington, DC office. He has significant experience in commercial arbitration and investment arbitrations, having represented clients across a wide range of sectors.

Nicola maintains her place in Up and Coming, with the publication describing her as “an excellent and strong lawyer” and noting they are “impressed by Nicola’s cross-examination.” She continues to be recognised for her technical precision, responsiveness, and effectiveness.
