- Three Crowns (Services) LLP, for our offices in London and Paris.

Overview
Three Crowns is a law firm committed to excellence in international arbitration and international law with offices in London, Paris, Washington D.C., Singapore, and Madrid.
We fully support and are committed to the fight against Modern Slavery in all its forms and to raise awareness of the issue.
Our Approach
We are committed to achieving the highest standards of ethical behaviour in the conduct of our business and activities worldwide.
Three Crowns supports and respects the protection of international human rights, and we endeavour to ensure that Three Crowns is not complicit in human rights abuses. To this end, we will not tolerate slavery, human trafficking, abusive, or unfair treatment in any part of our Firm or in any of our supply chains.
Through our relevant policies and practices in relation to, among other things, procurement, people, culture, and corporate responsibility, we are committed to taking steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking play no part in our Firm or our supply chains.
Through our internal whistleblowing policy, we ensure that our employees have a secure means of reporting any instances or issues involving any slavery and human trafficking suspicions or offences.
Due Diligence Processes
Our Partners, Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Business Services Team are responsible for engaging with external suppliers and for procuring services and goods on behalf of the Firm. In all such engagements, issues such as corporate and social responsibility are considered and verified (on a risk-based approach) in order to ensure the highest ethical and professional standards are maintained, including with respect to suppliers’ and clients’ approaches to dealing with modern slavery, human rights, human trafficking, ethical trading, and whistleblowing.
In 2024/2025, we conducted our annual audit of the Firm’s suppliers, who were selected at random. These suppliers were asked to complete our Modern Slavery Assessment Questionnaire, the purpose of which was to assess the risk of Modern Slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. All responses received from those suppliers have been reviewed with no concerns having been identified.
Pro Bono and Human Rights Initiatives
Our lawyers and professional support staff are encouraged to participate in a variety of initiatives that make a meaningful contribution to the world at large. To this end, we frequently take on challenging and rewarding projects that seek to tackle important issues of wider significance and demonstrate our commitment to upholding and promoting human rights. We work closely with a number of human rights focused non-profit organisations and NGOs providing them with pro bono assistance. For more information about our pro bono programme, please see our website: https://www.threecrownsllp.com/social-responsibility-impact/pro-bono/.
Reports
As at 5 August 2025, we have not received any reports concerning Modern Slavery, either pursuant to our whistleblowing policy or otherwise. We seek to ensure that we foster an open environment for reporting and to increase awareness across the Firm of issues pertaining to Modern Slavery.
Training and Education
Three Crowns is dedicated to increasing the awareness of Modern Slavery in all its forms across the Firm. In 2025, we launched a Modern Slavery Awareness Training to the Firm’s Business Services Team. This e-learning module is designed to increase awareness of Modern Slavery to equip our staff with the ability to identify potential indicators of exploitation within our operations and supply chains, and to enhance their understanding of the Firm’s responsibilities and ethical obligations of high standards and integrity in all aspects of our global business operations.
In addition, the Modern Slavery Awareness Training has been published on our intranet for all staff to access. It will also be incorporated into the Firm’s new joiner training.
Recruitment and Employee Wellbeing
Three Crowns uses only reputable recruitment firms and complies with all relevant local laws and regulations in our recruitment processes.
All employees are paid at least the minimum wage in the jurisdiction in which they are based. In London, employees and contractors are paid the London Living Wage or above.
In 2024/2025, we have significantly expanded our employee wellbeing initiatives. We launched a global Flexible Fitness benefit offering all employees access to gyms and various wellness activities. We also launched our Wellbeing Committee and now offer executive coaching with an accredited internal coach.
In partnership with Plumm, a leading digital mental health platform, we offer therapy, webinars, and mindfulness tools across all offices. As part of our digital wellbeing focus, we recently introduced a virtual series on the mental health impact of social media and strategies to build healthier digital habits, reinforcing our commitment to holistic support.
Our family friendly policies remain progressive with competitive frameworks for parental leave entitlements across all our offices. These policies set out financial and pastoral support which are designed to provide our members of staff with the economic resilience they need during parental leave.
