Shul is an international associate in the Washington office. She has experience representing clients on arbitrations governed by a variety of institutional rules including ICC, SIAC, CCBC and KCAB, and across several industry sectors including construction, consumer retail and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Three Crowns, Shul practiced in the arbitration group of a leading Korean law firm, based in Seoul. She also has experience in sports arbitration and was recently a part of the Pro Bono Lawyer Team for the Pyeongchang Olympics 2018.
Shul holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, where she won the Addison Brown Prize for her paper, Document Production in International Arbitration. She obtained her J.D. from Seoul National University Law School, where she graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Seoul National University College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude.
