Leon is based in the Paris office of Three Crowns. He has represented clients in commercial and treaty arbitrations across a range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on energy and resources disputes. His recent experience includes several contentious gas and LNG price review matters.

Before joining Three Crowns, Leon practised in the commercial disputes and insolvency team of an international law firm in Perth, Australia, and clerked for a judge of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Leon is qualified in Australia and New York. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School (as a Frank Knox Memorial Scholar) and the University of Western Australia. He has taught law at the University of Western Australia and remains an Honorary Fellow at the law school. Leon has also published several journal articles on commercial law and is an editor of the book Long Term Contracts (2013).
