He was appointed by the Indian Government to the panel of arbitrators to resolve disputes under the .IN Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and has been appointed sole arbitrator under those rules. Before joining Three Crowns, Harsh practiced international arbitration in the Washington, D.C., office of a large international law firm.
Harsh was educated at Cambridge University and Georgetown University Law Center. He is qualified in New York, England & Wales, and India.
